Suspended Ceiling System
GypCeil and GypCeil AQUA Clip Fixing are suspended concealed ceiling systems, using simple, fast clip components for connecting VTC-Alpha carrying channels and furring channels. Together with Gyproc plasterboards, they create a seamless, monolithic appearance for ceilings. These two systems are suitable for most internal applications.

Installation overview
Determine the height at which the concealed ceiling will be installed. Fix wall angle VTC18/22 on the wall with the appropriate fixing.
Position the first suspension rod at a maximum of 400mm from the wall, placing other suspension rods with a centre to centre distance of 1000mm. Position the first VTC-Alpha 4000 at a maximum of 400mm from the wall.
Connect wall angle VTC18/22 to VTC-Alpha 4000 by VT wafer head screws. Connect the carrying channel to the furring channel by M-bar clip, with centre-to-centre distance 406mm. Adjust all metal framing to design level.
Fix Gyproc plasterboard to VTC-Alpha 4000 with VT drywall screws at the appropriate centres, the length of the board must be fixed parallel to the carrying channel.
Treat all joints with VT paper tape and Gyp-Filler jointing compound.
