Suspended Concealed Ceiling
GypCeil and GypCeil AQUA Direct Fixing are suspended concealed ceilings, using furring channels interlocking with carrying VTC-Basi channels. Together with Gyproc plasterboards, they create a seamless and monolithic appearance for ceilings. These two systems are suitable for most internal applications.

Installation overview
Determine the height at which the concealed ceiling will be installed. Fix wall angle VTC18/22 on the wall with the appropriate fixing,
Position the first suspension rod at a maximum of 400mm from the wall, placing other suspension rods with centre-to-centre distance of 1000mm. Position the first carrying channel VTC-Basi 3050 at a maximum of 400mm from the wall.
Connect wall angle VTC18/22 to furring channel VTC-Alpha 4000/ VTC- Basi4 000 by VT wafer head screws. Connect carrying channel VTC-Basi 3050 to furring channel VTC Alpha 4000/ VTC Basi 4000 by an interlock, with centre to centre distance of 406mm, adjusting all metal framing to the design level.
Fix the Gyproc plasterboard to furring channel VTC-Alpha 4000/VTC-Basi 4000 with VT drywall screws in the appropriate centres, with the length of the board fixed parallel to the carrying channel.
Treat all joints with VT paper tape and Gyp-Filler jointing compound.
